Ahmed Dickinson Cardenas and Mestizo Duo partner Emma Blanco, are thrilled to announce that they will be performing the world premiere of 2014 Grammy nominee Eduardo Martín's Concierto Mestizo for Violin, Guitar and Orchestra. The Concierto Mestizo has been commissioned by Spencer Down and the Docklands Sinfonia (which Emma has been leading since January 2013) and they will perform it with them on Friday 10th July at St Anne's, Limehouse.

Ahmed Dickinson Cardenas was amongst the speakers at The Royal College of Music Careers Day. An eye-opening opportunity for current RCM students to learn from alumni experiences and to network with companies and prominent individuals in the music industry.

The music of Latin America comes to WGF15, in the shape of world-renowned Grammy nominated Brazilian guitarist, Fábio Zanon, and Cuban virtuoso, Ahmed Dickinson Cárdenas. Both masters of their instrument and musical heritage, they will be joined by lutenist extraordinaire, Matthew Wadsworth, for another “Late Night Lute’ concert in the beautifully intimate setting of St Lawrence Church.
